Caesars Entertainment this week announced the opening of its new balcony rooms in the Versailles Tower at Paris Las Vegas.
The rooms are the first new suites with balcony views of the famous Las Vegas Strip to open at a large casino hotel resort in Sin City since 2010 at the Cosmopolitan.
Public bookings of the 38 balcony rooms are now available, with the first nights available from July 22. One night stays range from $246 to $370 per night. That includes resort fees.
“Offering balcony rooms with stunning Strip views from Paris is just another way we continue to create unique, memorable experiences for our guests,” said Paris Las Vegas SVP and GM Jason Gregorec.
The Rooms
The new balcony rooms are spread out around all four faces of the Versaille tower. That covers rooms with balcony views north and south down the Las Vegas Strip, as well as directly overlooking the Bellagio fountains next door.
The 38 upgraded rooms are part of a wider redevelopment of the Versailles tower. It was originally part of The Horseshoe Las Vegas (currently hosting the 2024 World Series of Poker), until the owner of both properties, Caesars, transferred it over to Paris in 2022.
Caesars spent $100 million refitting it to the Paris Las Vegas aesthetic. That included the new balcony rooms and a soon-to-open second floor walkway connecting it to the main casino building.
The upgrade also added a new Caesars Sportsbook to the ground floor, and several new restaurants. The casino completed the redesign ahead of its 25th anniversary later in 2024.
Balcony Views in Vegas
Due to higher insurance costs because of the danger in having high balconies in a city associated with gambling and other excesses, not many Las Vegas Strip hotels have balcony rooms.

Nevertheless, MGM’s balcony rooms at the Cosmopolitan are often booked months in advance and are a popular option. Even if just for their relative rarity.
Caesars told media this week that if the Paris Las Vegas rooms prove popular, then it could potentially add more balconies to future renovations of its existing properties.
“If the opportunity to incorporate balcony rooms in other resorts presents itself, we’d definitely consider it,” Gregorec said.
