Dan Bilzerian’s Las Vegas Mansion on the Market, Most Expensive In City

Controversial poker player and social media star Dan Bilzerian has listed his massive Las Vegas mansion for sale at $25 million. If sold at that price, it would become Sin City’s most expensive residential property.

The 40,000-square-foot property is in Spring Valley, a quiet residential area around two miles west of the Las Vegas Strip. The house has seven bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, and a 16-car garage.

Finished in 2005, Bilzerian bought the property in 2018 for $8.5 million. Since then, he has added a dozen sports and entertainment options, making it what he calls an “adult playground.”

Bilzerian is a controversial social media playboy, entrepreneur, and high stakes poker player. He recently crashed out of the $10,000 buy-in World Series of Poker 2024 Main Event after two hands.

The House

The mansion sits on 5.2 acres of land in a gated community in Spring Valley. The Spanish Colonial inspired estate has been heavily modified over the years to fit the social media highlight reel lifestyle of Bilzerian.

The amenities he has added include a full-size basketball court, trampolining, an outdoor paintball arena, rock climbing, a full-service cinema, an MMA room, a baseball room, and a dedicated poker room.

In multiple tours posted online by Bilzerian over the years, the house can be seen with various different women sleeping in most of the guest rooms.

Presumably also not included in the sale are the various paraphernalia of excess and indulgence with which Bilzerian filled his home. That includes his extensive collection of marijuana bongs, a pantry stacked with sexually transmitted disease tests, a collection of rare spirits, and various gambling tables and machines.

The $25 million price tag makes it the most expensive residential property currently on the market in Las Vegas. Interestingly, $25 million was the original listed sale price of the house in 2015, before it fell to $8.5 million in 2018 when Bilzerian purchased it.

The Owner

Shots of Bilzerian’s lavish Las Vegas and Los Angeles mansions, plus the various scantily clad women that usually accompany him around, were almost inescapable on Instagram for several years.

He says he has slept with thousands of women and suffered two heart attacks before the age of 32 because of his cocaine use.

Bilzerian claims to have made his millions playing high stakes cash poker games, but his professional tournament record is hardly stellar. His father, Paul Bilzerian, was a corporate raider in the 1980s who eventually went bankrupt and to prison after being fined $30 million by the Securities and Exchange Commission.

However, Dan Bilzerian was reportedly left with a large trust fund. He has always personally downplayed the role of his father’s money, continuing to claim he made all of his money from poker. His recent business ventures include his massively popular Instagram page and his cannabis and lifestyle company, Ignite. He also ran unsuccessfully for president of the United States in 2016.
